MIS / Posterior

 

Our training programs for posterior MIS offer spine surgeons an opportunity to learn current MIS techniques in an anatomical lab setting. Introductory and advanced programs are available to meet the participant’s specific training need and to provide continuous learning opportunities in the area of MIS.  All training programs include case presentations, didactic teaching, and hands-on lab sessions.

Collaborating with world-renowned faculty, DePuy Spine is committed to professional education concerning the latest techniques and ongoing research for lateral approach surgery for interbody fusion. DePuy Spine offers educational opportunities in either a group or one-on-one setting, for surgeons who are newly interested in learning the lateral approach, or for those experienced in lateral surgery that wish to take their learning to an advanced level.

Lateral Interbody Fusion Professional Education


Recognizing that educational content is delivered through multiple channels, DePuy Spine proudly announces the launch of its first public mobile application for professional education, now in the Apple iTunes Store.


The DePuy Spine – MIS Lateral Interbody Fusion app, a step-by-step guide to lateral interbody fusion through illustrations, text, and narrated surgical video, using the PIPELINE® LS Lateral Access System and the COUGAR® LS Lateral Cage System, was designed as a supplement to education and training.
